On behalf of fossil fuel divestment campaigners at Santa Clara and Duke Universities, CDP has filed complaints with the California and North Carolina Attorneys General. The complaints allege that investing university assets in fossil fuels violates fiduciary duties. These latest complaints build upon a wave of similar efforts led by CDP across the country.
