Julia is an undergraduate student at Harvard College concentrating in Sociology/Government who cares deeply about issues of climate and social justice. She is heavily involved in organizing for Fossil Fuel Divest Harvard, which is a campaign striving for just and sustainable university investments and which was a crucial actor in the recent Harvard divestment decision. Julia is also involved in providing legal services to underserved communities in Massachusetts through the Small Claims Advisory Service, working on the News Board of The Harvard Crimson, and working in various policy-related activities such as the Institute of Politics Policy Program or interning at the Yale Center for Environmental Law and Policy. She is also a prospective public interest lawyer. In her free time, Julia greatly enjoys playing volleyball, shopping for second-hand clothes, and reading (preferably fiction!).
