CDP staff attorney Kira Kelley will appear in court this Thursday to represent seven people arrested while protesting at an Elbit Systems weapons manufacturing facility in Merrimack, New Hampshire.

The Protect the Protest task force recently issued a statement in solidarity with the student-led Gaza protests that have taken place across the country this spring. 

Student-led campaigns at Tulane, Columbia, and the University of Virginia filed fossil fuel divestment complaints today.

Climate justice activists with the No Coal No Gas campaign announced yesterday that their long campaign to shut down the last remaining coal-fired power plant in New England has succeeded.

Criminal charges against those protesting at a coal plant last fall have been dropped.
